Thomas J. Bailey Jr. was born in Cuthbert and graduated from Randolph-Clay High School. He went on to attend Devry University where he graduated in 1987 with an Associate’s Degree of Applied Science and also graduated from Mid-America College of Funeral Service in 1992. Thomas resides in Cuthbert.
