Mr. Eddie L. Richardson

Mr. Eddie Lawrence Richardson, III was born on September 3, 1943 to the late Eddie and Carrie Richardson in Georgetown, Georgia. He departed this earthly life on Sunday, February 28, 2021 at his home in Cuthbert, GA. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by five siblings, Eddie Richardson, Jr, Carrie Bell Richardson, Sue Christian, D J Thornton, and Solomon Richardson. At an early age, Mr. Richardson accepted Christ as his personal Savior. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Georgetown, GA. He was a graduate of Georgetown High School. Mr. Richardson was employed throughout his life as a Truck Driver, Supervisor and Taxi Driver. He loved dancing and singing, enjoying life. Mr. Richardson leaves cherished memories to his loving wife of forty four years Mary Richardson; one daughter, Rashell Merrell of Atlanta, GA; two sons, Darrick Richardson (Jamie) of Atlanta, GA and Reggie Richardson of Newark, NJ; one sister, Daisy Christian of Orlando, FL; two brothers, Johnny Richardson (Marilyn) of South Prince George, VA and Willie Richardson (Theresa) of Alpharetta, GA; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
