Scottie J. Kelley was born on December 7, 1970, to the late Eugene Evans and Millie Mae Kelley. He departed this earth on February 14, 2022, surrounded by his beloved family. He was a member of Cedar Grove Missionary Baptist Church and attended Abbeville High School where he graduated with the Class of 1989 and a member of the 1989 AHS State Runner Up Basketball team. He worked at West Point Stevens for eighteen years and devoted time to Camp SAYLA Therapeutic Resources. He had a passion for golf that he was sure to share with everyone. Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Dana Kelley; daughters Alliyah Kelley, Zorrya Kelley, and Evan Johnson; stepson Julius Gibbs; grandchildren Makenzie Jai, Julian, and Khloe; brothers Tim (Karen), Sammy (Tasha), Zachary, Wesley, Markus, and Eugene Jr.; stepmom Voncil Evans; father-in-law Willie James Gibbs (Nina); sisters-in-law Charlatta Brown and Kimberly Reeves; aunts Ollie Reid and Patricia Williams. His very special cousin Melissa (Narcis) Sanders; close friends Dexter Grimsley and Ray Sewell; and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother Ola Jennings and Baby Kelley; Aunts Elizabeth Massengale and Annie Doris Cobbs.
