Marcine Bussey

Marcine Bussey was born June 20, 1942 to the late Julius and Salley Bussey in Georgetown, Georgia. He departed this earthly life January 31, 2023 at his residence in Cuthbert, Georgia. Marcine Bussey attended the Quitman County School System. He was a motorcycle enthusiast. Marcine was an owner and operator truck driver. He was a member of Davis Chapel AME Church in Georgetown, Georgia. He was united in Holy Matrimony to Ruth E. Bussey. He leaves to cherish his memories his wife Ruth E. Bussey; his five daughters, Moneada Bowens, Tecia Evans, Angela Bussey Owens, Shaquila Phillips, and Marcia Hector; four sons, Marcine Deval Bussey, Joey Rucker, Aaron Byrd, and Antoine Rucker; one sister, Dr. Bernice Wilson of Tuskegee, AL and two brothers, Lester Bussey and Bruce L. Byrd; a host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father and mother; Julius and Sally Bussey and a brother; Raymond Bussey. Video Tribute
