Lady Tiara D. Richardson, the daughter of Annie Nell Turner and J. B. Sipp, was born on April 16, 1968 in Quincy, Florida. At an early age, Tiara accepted Christ as her personal Savior. In 2018 she joined Zion Hill Baptist Church in Eufaula, AL where her husband, Rev. Willie J. Richardson, is the Pastor. She was employed with Perdue Processing Plant in Security. She was also self-employed as a Nail Tech. On Monday, November 15, 2021 at St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA, Lady Tiara Richardson transitioned from this earthly life to her eternal rest. A legacy of love and devotion will always remain with her family to include her husband, Pastor Willie J. Richardson; her mother, Annie Nell Turner of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, and father, J. B. Sipp of Dothan, AL; her mother and father-in law, Mr. Alfred and Frances Richardson of Morris, GA; two daughters, Alexis Andrea Williams of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Tiya Nicole Pennywell of Augusta, GA; three sons, Winston Kenneth Jr of Morris, GA, Michael Trevon Herbert of Coral Springs, FL, Jashon Lavar Pennywell of Killeen, TX; five step -children, Chadrick Richardson and Amber (Michael) Walden of Cuthbert, GA, Freddie (Quashawna) Richardson of Eufaula, AL, Clinton Richardson of Dawson, GA, Quailan Jones of Panama City, FL; ten grandchildren, Anthony Quinton Green and Khalia Dy ’Jae Bethea; five sisters, Tametria Brown (Demal), Leslie James, Gloria Sipp, Bridgett Sipp, Karen Sipp; three brothers, Charles Sipp, Joey Sipp, James Sipp; a special nephew, David Nelson of Ft.
