John T. Carter, Jr

John Carter, Jr. was born May 16, 1946 in Randolph County to the late John and Annie Laura Carter. He graduated from this earthly life into eternal life at approximately 10AM on May 22, 2021 at Pruitt Health Palmyra. At an early age he joined Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church, where he was an active member. He served as an Usher and a Trustee He graduated from Henderson High School in 1967. John leave to cherish his loving memories two sisters, Margaret Ann Hawkins of Upper Marlboro, MD, and Lettie Wiggins of Cuthbert, GA; four nieces, Chandra Robinson (Ernest), Tanyell Richardson, Cantrell Wiggins, and Tedra Jordan (Derrick); a host of great nieces and nephews; six aunts, Ida Brown of Cuthbert, GA, Lillian Hightower of Orlando, FL, Thelma Carter of Calumet Park, IL, Berdine Mustafaa of Columbus, GA, Sarah Muhammad (Syid) of Dalton, IL, and Wylene Robinson of Albany, GA; a host of cousins and friends
