Yolanda Baldwin Allen

Yolanda Baldwin was born to the late Elizabeth Baldwin on February 28, 1953, in Benevolence, GA. After her mother preceded her in death she was raised in by the late Ethel Snelling.At an early age she joined Mt. Olive AME. The church was later renamed Mt. Olive Non-Denominational Church where she as church secretary for many years. She was a 1971 graduate of the Henderson High School in Randolph County. After graduation she was employed with Almark’s Mills until plant closed down. After the closing of Almark’s Mills she has worked at Mann’s Bait Company, New Horizon, and Home Healthcare. At an early age Yolanda Baldwin was united in Holy Matrimony to the late Charles Perryman. She was later united in Holy Matrimony to the late Leon Allen.Yolanda Baldwin departed her earthly life on Monday, August 1, 2017 at Southwest Georgia Regional Medical Center in Cuthbert, GA. She leaves to cherish her loving daughter Sonya Baldwin and loving Grandson Courtney Baldwin both of Cuthbert, GA; loving sisters JoAnne Baldwin and Sandra Baldwin both of Cuthbert, GA; three loving nephews Dextra Baldwin of Atlanta, GA, Trevis (Christine) Baldwin of Cuthbert, GA, and Corderrell (Keyonda) Baldwin of Atlanta, GA; one loving niece Shandrell Baldwin of Cuthbert, GA; along with a host of great nieces, great nephews, cousins, and friends.
