Willie Fred Martin was born on October 24, 1934 in Cuthbert, GA to the late Mollie Martin Price. Fred received his education from the Taylor Training School. At an Early age, Fred confessed the Lord as his savior and joined the Hopewell Freewill Baptist Church. He served as Deacon for many years. Also Fred served in the United States Army. He worked with L.W. Farming in Lumpkin, GA and retired after many years of service.Willie Fred Martin was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia; three brothers, Samuel Will, Davy Crockett, and Paul Anthony; and one sister, Elizabeth Mae Bell.Willie Fred Martin leaves to cherish his memories: His wife, Mamie Lee; a stepson, Gene Tillman; five sisters, Olivia Price of Cuthbert, GA, Patricia Allen of Albany, GA, Claudia Price of Atlanta, GA; one god sister, Ruthie James of Memphis, TN; Josie of West Virginia; three brothers, Wilson Price of Cuthbert, GA, Oliver Price, and Joyce Price both of Albany, GA, Otha Price of Chattanooga, TN; three grandchildren, five sisters in law, five brothers in law, and a host of nieces, nephews , cousins and friends
