He joined Oak Grove Baptist Church at an early age and accepted the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.Eddie was a special and very outspoken person with a wonderful personality. He was intelligent, easy to get along with, and loved by anyone who knew him. He was a devoted construction worker who could fix anything and enjoyed doing so. He married Rose L. Campbell of Albany, GA to this union three children was born. He leaves a legacy of love and inspiration to five children: Shanta Campbell, Cheryl Campbell (Reginald), Kareem Campbell, Faith Jones (Willie) , Kelly Brown (Elijah) all of Albany, GA; two sisters: Mattie Watson of Shellman and Mattie Cox ( Willie) of Jupiter, FL; two brothers: Willie Brown (Yvonne) of San Diego, CA and Horace Brown (Yolanda) of Eufaula, AL; ten grandchildren: Santana, Anthony, Devonntavis, Shuntavious, Jalin, Janard, Quankerrious, Ni'Lijah, Averiana, and Alora; one great grand daughter, Santiara, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
