On October 16,2012,Lynette Coley, our beloved daughter, sister, aunt, mother, friend, and neighbor was called home to live her life with our Saviour Jesus Christ. She departed her life in Eufaula,Alabama at the tender age of 59. At an early age,she gave her life to Christ and joined Morris First Baptist Church, in Morris,Georgia,where she served as an active member and usher. Lynette was always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone,at any time,and in any capacity. Lynette was born June 5, 1953, in Morris, Georgia, to the late Johnny and Arthur Mae Coley. She was the seventh of 12 siblings. She was preceded in death by her loving parents,Johnny and Arthur Mae Coley; one sister, Bernice Coley;and two brothers, Willie Henry and Fred Coley. She leaves to cherish her earthly memories, her genuinely beloved and dedicated son,Jerome Coley,of Lawrenceville,Georgia; six sisters:Virginia Coley of Georgetown,Georgia;Anise Coley of Morris,Georgia; Eva Joyce Gray of Cuthbert,Georgia; Dorothy Coley, Mary Frances Coley, and Shirley Ann Coley of Columbus, Georgia; two brothers: Johnny Coley of Morris, Georgia; Kenneth (Brenda) Coley of Opelika, Alabama; two aunts: Jessie Bell Day of Columbus,Ohio;Cora Lee Thomas of Columbus, Georgia;11 nephews:Willie Scott, Kelly (Kimberly) Coley, Lonnie Coley,Quanda Coley of Columbus,Ohio; Pharon (Sasha)Smith of Springvale,Georgia;Terence Coley, Montrey Coley, Kenneth Coley Jr. of Columbus, Georgia; Frederick Coley of Morris, Georgia; Roderick Gray of Cuthbert, Georgia; Markeius Coley of Norfolk, Virginia; 10 nieces: Sylvia Scott, Senquia Coley, of Columbus,Ohio; Tonwanda Cunningham of Cleveland,Ohio; Jacqueline (Young)Scott of Box Springs,Georgia; Cynthia (Robert)Brown of Eufaula, Alabama; Robin Coley Dorsey of Conyers, Georgia;Shunta Barnett, Regina (Nazareth) Lingo of Columbus,Georgia;Latoya (John)Bryant, Sarah Gray of Cuthbert, Georgia; a host of great nieces, nephews, cousins, and freinds
