Mr. Willie B. Cooper (Bubba) was born May 11, 1954 to the late Mr. John and Minnie Cooper in Randolph County, GA. At an early age he confessed his life to Christ and joined Antioch Baptist Church.  Bubba attended Henderson High School and was a graduate of the class of 1974. As a Cuthbert Red Devil, he enjoyed baseball.  Also as a young man he began his long passionate journey as a dedicated employee of the Randolph County School System for 35 years. Twenty-six years later, on June 24, 2000, he was blessed in Holy Matrimony to a devoted wife, Mrs. Maggie Cooper. On Thursday, December 16, 2010, "Bubba" departed this life and entered into eternal rest.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Marqueeta Cooper; one sister, Dollie A. Cooper; one brother, Victor Leon Cooper and one son, Thomas Price, Jr. He leaves to cherish his memories a loving wife, Mrs. Maggie Cooper; two sons, Mantrell and Manquell Cooper; four daughters, Tammy (Alvin) Daniels, Demetrus and Tameka Price of Cuthbert,GA and Jacqueline (Ron) Thornton of Douglasville, GA; two sisters, Mrs. Essie (Johnny) Seymore, of Cuthbert, GA and Patricia Cortney of Columbus, GA; three brothers, Mark (Shirley) Hart of Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Deacon John H. Parker, Walter L. Cooper both of Cuthbert, GA; one aunt, Willie M. Harris of Fort Lauderdale, FL; two uncles, Henry Price, of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Johnny Price of Shellman, GA; four sisters-in-law; five brothers-in-law; one daughter-in-law; thirteen grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and the Randolph County School System family. Funeral Services for Mr. Cooper will be held Thursday, December 23, 2010 at 2:00 PM at the Randolph-Clay Comprehensive High School Gymnasium. Interment: Enon Baptist Church Cemetery Repast: Randolph Co. Elementary School Cafeteria
